Join us for CASA Nashville’s 16th Annual Red Shoe Party!
The Red Shoe Party is CASA Nashville’s largest and
most important fundraiser of the year, and we're excited to announce
that this year the party is moving to The Country Music Hall of Fame's
beautiful new Event Hall! This gorgeous space features soaring 40-foot
glass windows and offers amazing views of the downtown skyline. We can't
think of a better location to usher in another 30 years of service to
the children of Nashville.
As always, the night's festivities will include dinner and drinks, both a
silent and a live auction, and of course dancing! This year, we're
thrilled to welcome Pat Patrick's Showband as our featured
entertainment. All proceeds from this event help to further CASA's work
of recruiting, training, and supervising the volunteers who advocate for
the best interests of the abused and neglected children of Davidson
The Red Shoe Party's theme represents Dorothy’s ruby slippers in The
Wizard of Oz and their role in her journey to find her home. In keeping
with this theme, attendees are encouraged to wear red shoes to the
event. We hope you will join us for a fun-filled evening in support of
CASA's mission of helping children find safe, permanent homes!

All children deserve shelter, safety, and love.
Yet each year, over 3 million reports of child abuse are made in the United States involving more than 6 million children. In Nashville alone, over 2,000 children a year are removed from their homes and placed in foster care after being abused, neglected, or abandoned by their families. Eventually, these children end up in court, where a judge decides their fate. This is where CASA comes in. CASA volunteers are Court Appointed Special Advocates who speak for abused and neglected children in court. CASA Nashville is part of the national nonprofit CASA network, which is highly respected by the judicial system and works on behalf of these children, helping to transform bad situations into the possibility of safe, permanent homes. Our impact is huge -- but so are the challenges we face. We are the only organization in Davidson County that does this work, and our funding comes from you -- our community. We use these funds to thoroughly train CASA volunteers so that they can effectively advocate for the children in our court system. Our volunteers make powerful differences in the lives of children by working to give each child the chance to live in safety with the care of a loving family.
There really is no place like home -- a safe and permanent home for an abused and neglected child.
